Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using PageMee's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
PageMee provides:
- DevOps consulting and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) services
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and management
- Managed Cloud Services and optimization
- Website development and optimization services
- WordPress and Shopify development
- Website maintenance and care plans
Service Terms
Retainer Services
- Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
- Services are provided based on the agreed scope and hours
- Unused hours may roll over for up to 60 days (where specified)
- 30 days notice required for cancellation
Project-Based Services
- Fixed-scope projects are billed according to agreed milestones
- Changes to scope may result in additional charges
- Final payment due upon project completion
Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issue
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
- Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to systems, accounts, and information
- Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain backups of critical data
- Follow security best practices as recommended
- Provide feedback and approval within agreed timeframes
Intellectual Property
- Client retains ownership of their data and content
- PageMee retains ownership of proprietary tools and methodologies
- Custom code developed for clients becomes client property upon full payment
- Third-party tools and licenses remain property of their respective owners
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Service Level Agreements
Response times and availability commitments are specified in individual service agreements:
- Starter plans: 24-hour response time
- Growth plans: 4-hour response time
- Enterprise plans: 1-hour response time
Limitation of Liability
PageMee's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Warranties and Disclaimers
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated
- We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care
- We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Third-party services and software are provided without warranty
Termination
Either party may terminate services:
- With 30 days written notice for retainer services
- Immediately for material breach of terms
- Immediately for non-payment
Upon termination:
- Client remains liable for services provided
- We will provide reasonable assistance with transition
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PageMee.
